VICE-COMMODORE'S report

Don’t you just love this time of year? Boating season is in full swing and we have been enjoying the parties and good times at our club openings.

Speaking of boating, please join us by sea or land at Tolchester Marina on July 19th. For most our member clubs, Tolchester is reasonably close. Sailboaters have no excuse. Come Friday the 18th if you can. This is an ALL CLUBS Cruise!! No ceremonies! No uniforms! Just relaxin’ at the Tiki Bar, Grillin’, takin’s the Trolley into town, and enjoying one of the Bay’s best spots to watch the sun set. For Clubs that can’t get enough plaques, we’ll have a most boats one available for the taking.

DATE CHANGE: The Golf Tournament is now on October 1st!! Play Golf or Go to Work? Those who answer correctly are qualified to be yacht club Commodores.

The next Board Meeting will be at Sue Haven YC on June 25th at 7 PM (1900 hours).

The next General Membership Meeting will be held at Crescent Yacht Club on July 30th starting at 7 PM (1900 Hrs). Dinner will be at 6 PM. A Dinner sign-up sheet will be passed around at the June Board meeting or you can contact me directly at mi-ti-bear@comcast.net or 410 729-1971.

The next Newsletter Deadline is July 12th. As always, all member clubs and guest writers from our yachting community are welcome to provide articles.
